Stabilising the city’s electricity supply, addressing illegal connections, and exploring partnerships with Independent Power Producers are key areas requiring attention.
Water security also remains critical. Measures such as reducing water losses, improving pumping systems and reservoirs, strengthening leak detection, and ensuring accountable water boards, including Magalies Water, are essential for sustainable service delivery.
