On the 19 of June 2025, 38 residents officially received their title deeds at Olympia Park Stadium, granting them full ownership of their homes. This ceremony is a testament to the dedication of Ward 14 DA councillors who have led this fight since 2008. The transfer of title deeds is more than just a formal process; it is a powerful tool for economic growth and stability. One notable highlight of the ceremony was 82-year-old Mrs. Henrina Visagie, who was overcome with emotion as she received her title deed.
